AdvocateHealthCare Advocate Workforce Initiative

Led by Advocate Health Care and funded by JPMorgan Chase, Advocate Workforce Initiative connects Chicago's under- and unemployed residents with high-quality, in demand health care jobs. After successful completion of the training and licensing exam, all participants are guaranteed an interview with Advocate and receive job placement assistance for careers with one of the region’s health care providers.

Since the program’s inception, the Advocate Workforce Initiative has served over 500 individuals and placed nearly 200 in healthcare-related jobs. With the recent launch of the NAVIGATE initiative, our incumbent worker strategy, NAVIGATE continues to have impact on frontline team-members across our organization.
